When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address and the trip details you give us. If you go on to book, we also collect passport details, dates of birth and travel documents, because airlines, hotels and visa authorities require them.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payments are arranged separately.
To prepare your quotation, make your bookings with airlines, hotels and local operators, apply for visas on your behalf where you have asked us to, and issue your invoice.
We may contact you about your enquiry or your booking. We will not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Only the suppliers needed to deliver your trip: airlines, hotels, local ground operators, visa processing agencies and insurers. We share the minimum each of them requires.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
Enquiry details are kept while we are in touch with you about the trip. Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
