Every price shown on this website is approximate and indicative. It is based on two adults sharing one room, covers land arrangements only, and does not include airfare or GST.
Prices move with travel dates, currency rates, hotel availability and supplier charges. Your actual price is the one written in the quotation we issue for your dates, and nothing on this website is an offer or a guaranteed rate.
A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it. Hotels and services are held subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
If a hotel named in your quotation is unavailable when you confirm, we will offer an alternative of an equivalent category and tell you before you pay.
A booking is confirmed only once the agreed advance is received. The balance is due by the date stated in your quotation, and services cannot be issued until full payment is received.
Cancellation charges follow the terms of the airlines, hotels and operators involved in your trip. Some rates are non-refundable from the moment of booking, and these are identified in your quotation before you pay.
Refunds, where due, are processed once the suppliers have refunded us.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport with at least six months validity from your date of travel, and for any visas required. We assist with visa applications where stated, but the decision rests with the authority concerned, and a refusal does not create a right to a refund.
The order of sightseeing may be rearranged locally for weather, traffic or operating hours, without reducing what is included. Where an attraction is closed for reasons outside our control, an alternative of similar value will be offered.
We act as an agent in arranging flights, hotels, transfers and activities supplied by third parties. We select suppliers with care, but we are not liable for loss, delay, injury or damage caused by them or by events beyond reasonable control.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended on every trip and must be issued before departure.
